Our mission in the HR department at NCSU is to treat everyone as part of a family unit. Employees are not just a name or number, they are an important part of our family. We strive to build relationships with our staff, just as our staff strives to build relationships with our student population and their families. Our door is always open, and no request, concern or issue is brushed aside. This mirrors the values of our local communities we lovingly refer to as the “Northeast Kingdom”.
