Act 46 Survey - Your Opinion Matters!

The school boards of the North Country Supervisory Union are anxious to hear your thoughts on Act 46, Vermont's 2015 Education Governance Law. 
Possible changes under the law include:  
  • eliminating local school boards and creating one regional board; and
  • voting by ballot on a combined budget for all schools.

Flannel Friday for Food a Huge Success!

The results are in from the 2017 NCSU Flannel Friday for Food. A total of $2,312.02 was raised by students and staff to benefit area food shelves. The Golden Flannel Award goes to Charleston Elementary School for raising the most money per person. The Silver Flannel Award goes to Jay Westfield Joint Elementary School for the highest participation. Thank you to everyone who helped make this year's Flannel Friday for Food a huge success!

Public Warning: Policy Changes January 2017

NCSU Common Board Policy, D.13 FMLA, will be considered for rescission at local board meetings in January 2017. The policy is unnecessary due to state and federal laws.

Act 46 Community Conversations
